Hamburg-Onion Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/3 c. light cream
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 medium sliced onions
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. flavor extender
    2 Tbsp. Bisquick
    2 eggs
    1 c. small curd cottage cheese
Preparation
    Mix well 1 cup Bisquick and cream; knead 10 times on board lightly dusted with Bisquick.
    Roll dough into a circle to fit 9-inch pie pan.
    Ease into pan; fork edges.
