Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    3/4 c. warm water
Preparation
    Mix well all ingredients; spray skillet well or use Shedd's Spread and cook at medium-high heat until bubble forms and edges are done.
    Turn and cook other side.
    Remove from heat.
    Makes 4 small pancakes.
