Grandpa Jim'S Chicken Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 to 6 large chicken breasts
1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing
1 pkg. Swiss cheese
1 can chicken broth
1 c. water
1 stick butter

Preparation

Put seasoning packet from stuffing mix in water and heat. Place chicken in large casserole dish.
Place Swiss cheese slices over chicken.
Next spread stuffing mix over chicken and cheese. Pour chicken broth and heated mixture over chicken and cut butter into pats, placing it over the chicken.
Cover with glass lid or tinfoil.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
