Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/2 c. butter
    1 can pineapple slices
    cherries
    1 Jiffy yellow cake mix
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Place brown sugar and butter in a Bundt pan and microwave on High 2 to 3 minutes or until butter melts.
    Stir with a fork until caramel sauce is formed.
    Place pineapple slices on sauce with a cherry in the center of each pineapple slice.
    Combine cake mix, eggs and juice together and mix well.
    Pour over pineapple slices and microwave on High for 5 to 8 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes and invert.
