Indian Flatbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. unbleached flour
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/4 c. milk, room temperature
    oil for skillet
Preparation
    Combine flours with salt.
    In a large bowl, mix milk with 3/4 cup of warm water.
    Add 1 tablespoon of the butter and gradually begin adding flour.
    Blend well to make a soft dough, adding more flour or water as necessary.
    The consistency should be a little less firm than loaf-bread dough.
    Cover bowl with a lint-free cloth and let the dough \"rest\" for about an hour.
    Then turn it out onto a floured surface and divide into 4 equal parts.
