Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small cabbage
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. rice, uncooked
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
    1/4 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Chop cabbage and place in bottom of a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Brown meat and onion.
    Stir in rice, salt and pepper.
    Spoon mixture over cabbage.
    Bring tomato soup and water to a boil.
    Pour over top and sprinkle with cheese.
    Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
