Bread Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bread, cubed
    2 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. baking powder
    milk
    salt
Preparation
    Fold flour into bread cubes.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Add baking powder and salt.
    Stir in milk; don't make dough too soft. Roll dough into bread loaf; cut in half.
    Gently drop in boiling salted water.
    Cook 20 to 25 minutes or until dumplings are done. Drain; cool and thinly slice.
