Cheesy Chicken Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cut up
1 c. water
1 medium onion, chopped
2 c. potatoes, peeled and diced
2 to 3 c. cooked rice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. chopped celery
2 c. carrots, diced
4 cubes chicken bouillon
1 lb. mild cheese, cubed
Preparation

Cook chicken pieces in water for 1 hour with salt, pepper and celery.
Remove chicken from pot and debone.
Return chopped meat to broth.
Add carrots, potatoes, rice and bouillon cubes to pot and cook over low heat for 1 1/2 hours.
Before serving, add cheese and heat until melted.
As an added touch, add finely chopped onion tops or celery tops.
