Chinese Stewed Chicken Legs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium size legs
    1/4 c. soya sauce
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder or equivalent fresh
    1/4 tsp. cumin
Preparation
    Place chicken legs into a pot.
    Add just enough water to stew them.
    Add everything else and cover and stew them until done, about 25 minutes.
    Good served with rice and a green vegetable. Save the stock, which will aspic, for other recipes.
