Ice Cream Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients

peanut butter cookies
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
6 oz. chocolate chips
2 Tbsp. shortening

Preparation

For each sandwich, put a spoonful of ice cream between 2 cookies and squeeze.
Place in jelly roll pan and freeze until firm.
