Ham And Egg Foo Yong - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chicken broth
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. ginger preserves
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1/2 lb. cooked ham, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
1/4 lb. mushrooms, thinly sliced
1/4 large carrot, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. dark sesame oil
6 large eggs
1 (14 oz.) can bean sprouts, rinsed and drained
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/4 c. sliced green onions
Preparation

In a 1-quart glass measure, mix chicken broth with cornstarch, preserves, soy sauce and vinegar.
Microwave on High for 4 to 6 minutes, stirring twice, until thickened.
Set aside.
