Millet Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked millet
    1/2 c. nuts
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. rice flour
    1 c. tofu
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 chopped onion
    1/4 c. yeast flakes
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix all
    ingredients
    together
    in a bowl.
    (Rice flour acts as a
    binder.) Form into burgers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes
    on
    sprayed cookie sheet, turning once.
    Makes one dozen.
