Ingredients

3 c. small carrots, sliced
1/3 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. grated orange rind
1 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. fresh orange juice
2 tsp. oleo
Preparation

Cook carrots until tender.
Make a glaze of remaining ingredients except oleo.
Mix and cook, stirring constantly for 5 minutes, then add oleo.
Add glaze to cooked carrots and serve.
