Mudd Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 pkg. chocolate wafers
    1/2 cube butter, melted
    1 qt. coffee ice cream
    1 1/2 c. fudge sauce
Preparation
    Crush wafers; add butter and mix well.
    Press into 9-inch pie pan.
    Cover with soft ice cream.
    Freeze until ice cream is firm. Top with cold fudge sauce (make it cold by placing in freezer for a few minutes).
    Store in freezer for about 10 hours.
    Serve on chilled plate with chilled fork.
    Top with whipped cream and slivered almonds.
