Belgium Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can French-style green beans
    1 can Shoe Peg corn
    1 can small peas
    1 c. each: celery, onions and green pepper
    1 red pepper
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat until hot and let cool.
    Pour over drained vegetables.
