Elderberry Lemon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 1/4 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. milk
    1 c. elderberries
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Grease a 10-inch Bundt pan. Blend cream cheese and shortening until creamy. Beat in sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs 1 at a time. Add lemon peel, juice, flour and milk. Fold in berries. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
