Watercress Celery Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
1 soup can milk
1/4 c. coarsely broken watercress (1/4 bunch)
1/8 tsp. basil leaves
few grains of pepper to taste
watercress sprigs
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in electric blender.
Blend at high speed 30 seconds.
Pour soup into medium size saucepan. Cook over moderate heat, stirring occasionally, until soup is heated through. Garnish with sprigs of watercress, if desired.
Makes 3 to 4 servings.
