Summer Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lime Jell-O
1 c. hot water
2 small pkg. cream cheese
1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. crushed pineapple
3/4 c. heavy whipped cream
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
Break cream cheese into Jell-O. Stir until dissolved.
Add juice and pineapple.
Cool.
When set, stir and add whipped cream.
Pour into mold to set.
