Holly Farms Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. chicken seasoning
    3 to 4 large potatoes
Preparation
    Cut potatoes lengthwise into quarters.
    Melt margarine in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix together with flour, Parmesan cheese and chicken seasoning. Coat potatoes with mixture and then arrange potatoes in baking dish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes.
