Ingredients

1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. butter or oleo
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. plus 4 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation

Cream together the sugars, butter, oil, eggs and vanilla.
Mix dry ingredients together and stir into creamed mixture.
Chill dough overnight.
Roll in balls the size of a walnut.
Roll balls in sugar and place in cookie sheet.
Press down with the bottom of a glass.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 10 minutes.
