Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 tsp. horseradish
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 tsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients in bowl.
    Combine 1/4 cup soup mixture, ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, onion, salt and black pepper in bowl; mixing well.
    Shape into 6 patties.
    Brown in skillet, drain.
    Add remaining soup mixture, 1/2 cup water and parsley, stirring well.
    Cook, covered, over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Serve with mashed potatoes.
