Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches green onions
    4 cans stewed tomatoes
    2 cans chopped green chilies
    2 cans tomato sauce
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cumin
    2 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    salt to taste
    1 shallot, chopped (optional)
    6 garlic cloves, pressed (optional)
Preparation
    Chop green onions and stewed tomatoes.
    Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    If canning, bring to a simmer, otherwise, enjoy as is.
    Makes 1 gallon of salsa.
    Store in refrigerator.
