Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    4 egg whites
    2 c. all purpose flour
    3/4 c. oil
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix above and beat well.
    Add 3 cups fresh, peeled apples, diced (Rome apples are good).
    Add 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes to 1 hour in bundt pan.
