Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can mixed vegetables, drained
6 pieces chicken (thighs, legs and breasts)
1 can chicken soup (condensed)
1 can chicken broth (measured in soup can)
4 Tbsp. rice
1 pie crust
Preparation

Cook chicken in water until tender; remove from broth and let cool.
Remove skin and bones from chicken.
Cut in small pieces. Drain mixed vegetables and mix with chicken and condensed soup and can of broth in casserole dish with rice.
Cover with pie crust and bake at 350\u00b0 in oven for at least an hour or until brown.
Remove from oven and it's ready to serve.
