Danish Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    3/4 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 egg
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. baking soda
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Mix together first 4 ingredients.
    Add salad oil.
    Mix well, then remove 3/4 cup of the mixture for the topping.
    To 3/4 cup of flour mixture, add nuts and cinnamon.
    Mix, then set aside.
    To remaining flour mixture, add remaining ingredients.
    Pour batter into a paper lined 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle topping mixture on top.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
