Diabetic Chocolate Mounds - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup raisins
2 oz. baking chocolate
1 oz. semi sweet chocolate bits, about 65 pieces
3 1/2 cups rice cereal
Preparation

Melt chocolate in heavy pan over low heat, add raisins and rice cereal. Stir to coat. Drop onto cookie sheet covered with waxed paper. Chill. Once chilled, keep at room temperature.
