Good Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. lard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. hot water
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Pour water over lard and stir until melted; then stir in the flour and salt.
    Set in refrigerator to cool, at least 1/2 hour. Makes 2 pies or 4 crusts.
