Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. spiral macaroni (7 oz.)
    2 c. zucchini
    1 c. ripe olives (omit if watching salt in your diet)
    onion (if desired)
    1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
    1 c. fresh mushrooms
    1 c. cauliflowerets
    2 c. broccoli flowerets
    thin carrot sticks
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to directions.
    Rinse in cold water. Drain well.
    In a large bowl, combine macaroni, zucchini, olives, onions, mushrooms, cauliflower and broccoli.
    Cover and chill several hours.
    At serving time, toss with tomato and 2/3 cup low or nonfat Italian or Ranch dressing.
