Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can mixed vegetables
    1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
    1/2 c. onions, chopped fine
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 stick butter
    1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Drain water from vegetables. Mix all ingredients together (except butter and cracker crumbs). Pour into dish. Mix together butter and cracker crumbs. Sprinkle on top of vegetable mixture. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
