Homemade Chocolate Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    4 c. chocolate syrup
    2 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    3/4 tsp. salt
    6 c. whipping cream
    6 c. milk
Preparation
    Beat eggs in a large bowl at medium speed until frothy.
    Add sugar, beating well.
    Stir in chocolate syrup, vanilla and salt. Pour into freezer can of a 1 1/2-gallon, hand-turned or electric ice cream freezer.
    Add whipping cream and milk, stirring well. Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
    Let ice cream ripen 1 hour before serving.
