Ingredients
    8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 (8 oz.) Western (98% fat-free) French dressing
    1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
    1 1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
    1 tsp. chili powder, divided
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine Western dressing, green pepper, 1/2 teaspoon chili powder and onion powder. Reserve 1/3 cup of sauce.
