Pasta In A Pot(Very Good And Easy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 garlic, minced
    1 (14 oz.) jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
    1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms (undrained)
    1 (11 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    8 oz. pkg. shell macaroni, cooked
    1 1/2 pt. sour cream
    1/2 lb. Provolone cheese, grated
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cook beef; add onion and garlic.
    Cook until tender.
    Add spaghetti sauce, tomatoes and mushrooms.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Next, alternate layers in order:
    1/2 meat mixture, 1/2 of sour cream and 1/2 of the 2 cheeses.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Then uncover and bake an additional 20 to 30 minutes or until cheese is melted through.
    Serves 15.
