Browned Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. rice, uncooked
1 1/2 Tbsp. fat (chicken fat, preferred)
1 medium onion, diced
1 c. bouillon
Preparation

Melt fat; add onion and rice.
Saute until golden.
Add bouillon.
Cook until rice is done.
Add parsley, salt and pepper.
