Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    2 c. mayonnaise
    2 c. celery, sliced
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    4 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    8 radishes, sliced
    1 pared cucumber, seeded and diced
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package directions.
    Transfer to bowl; cover and chill.
    Add mayonnaise, celery, onion, mustard and salt to chilled rice; mix well.
    Cover and chill.
    Stir in the remaining ingredients before serving.
    Serves 6.
