Chili Cheese Puffs(Makes 5 Dozen Appetizers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (17 1/4 oz.) pkg. frozen puff pastry, thawed
    12 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    4 tsp. chili powder
    salt to taste
    1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Roll both sheets of puff pastry into two 12 x 16-inch rectangles.
