Cousin Ruby'S Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 sq. Baker's chocolate or 9 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 egg yolks, beaten
2 c. whole milk

Preparation

Mix sugar, cornstarch, milk and egg yolks.
Cook on slow heat, stirring constantly until thick.
Remove from heat.
Add butter. Pour in baked 9-inch pie crust.
