Mornay Sauce(Turns Any Vegetable Into A Gourmet Delight.) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 c. half and half
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
pinch of nutmeg
pinch of thyme
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
2 Tbsp. white wine or sherry
Preparation

To make a roux, melt butter and stir in flour.
Add half and half and stir until thickened.
Add cheese, seasonings and wine. Stir until thick.
Pour over any combination of vegetables.
