Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. oil
4 eggs
3 c. carrots (1 pkg.)
Preparation

Blend all ingredients except carrots.
Chop carrots and blend in blender with water.
After completely blended, remove water and fold carrots in mixture for 2 minutes at medium speed.
Put batter in greased 13 x 9-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
