Cream Cheese Vegetable Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. chopped peppers, onions and carrots, mixed
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cook egg, sugar and vinegar until it thickens.
    When cool, add to cream cheese and pepper, onion and carrots.
