Crawfish, Crabmeat Or Shrimp Etouffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. meat
    1 bar butter
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    5 or 6 green onion tops, chopped
    1 large can tomato sauce
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation
    Saute onion, bell pepper and green onion in butter.
    Add tomato sauce and Ro-Tel tomatoes.
    Simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
    Add your meat; simmer for another 20 minutes.
