Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. sausage
1/2 c. grated cheese
4 eggs
2 c. milk
6 slices bread
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Brown and crumble sausage; drain fat.
Layer the bread, sausage and cheese in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
In a large bowl, mix eggs, milk and mustard; pour over casserole.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until set.
