Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. bread crumbs
1 lb. crab meat
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
4 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 small pt. heavy cream
1 c. flour
Preparation

Melt the butter in a skillet and cook the onion until just transparent.
Add the crumbs and blend well.
Mix with the crab meat, beaten eggs and seasonings.
Add just enough cream to hold the mixture together.
Shape into large flat cakes.
Roll each cake in flour and fry in butter or oil until nicely brown and cooked through.
