Ingredients

1/2 c. water
2 1/2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation

Combine water and chocolate squares in 1-quart measure or 1-quart glass casserole.
Cook with microwave energy, 3 to 4 minutes or until the chocolate melts.
Stir well and blend in sugar and salt.
Cook 1 1/2 minutes.
Cool to room temperature. Fold in 1/2 cup whipped cream.
Store in refrigerator.
To serve, place one heaping tablespoon in each cup and fill with hot milk. Stir well.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
