1 (8 oz.) bottle Newman's Own Light Italian salad dressing
2 Tbsp. chunky peanut butter
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. ginger
1 (8 oz.) pkg. capellini or angel hair pasta
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1 Tbsp. Oriental sesame oil
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 medium carrot, shredded
1 c. green onion
2 Tbsp. sprig of garnish
