Butter Crisp Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 Tbsp. butter/margarine
    1 large head cabbage
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. caraway seed
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Shred cabbage.
    Melt butter in a large heavy skillet.
    Add cabbage.
    Cover and cook, stirring until tender.
    Add lemon juice, caraway seed, salt and pepper.
    Serves 6.
