Salsa Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. mayo
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    1/4 c. salsa
    1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
    3 c. cubed cooked potatoes
    1 celery rib, thinly sliced
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In bowl, combine mayo, sour cream, salsa and parsley. In large bowl, combine potatoes, celery and onion. Add dressing and toss
    to coat. Stir in cheese. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
