Pistachio Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

36 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick oleo
2 pkg. pistachio pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
8 oz. Cool Whip
3 Heath bars, crushed or grated
Preparation

Melt oleo in 9 x 13-inch pan while preheating oven to 350\u00b0. Mix in crackers.
Press on bottom; bake for 10 minutes.
Cool. Mix pudding, milk and ice cream; pour over crust.
Freeze.
When frozen, top with Cool Whip and crushed candy bars.
Remove from freezer 20 to 30 minutes before serving.
