Banana Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 bananas
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/3 c. milk
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Crush bananas.
    Mix together flour, baking powder, sugar and nutmeg.
    Add alternately with milk and lemon juice to crushed bananas.
    Lastly add beaten egg.
    Drop by tablespoon into deep fat.
    Drain on paper towel and sprinkle with sugar.
