Banana Coconut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    3 tsp. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. mashed bananas
    1 c. nuts and/or coconut
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Cream shortening, butter and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time. Add bananas, coconut, nuts and buttermilk.
    Sift dry ingredients and add to mix.
    Bake in loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes. Turn out on plate and cover with glaze.
