Zucchini Walnut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 c. zucchini, grated
    1 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Mix the eggs, oil and sugar.
    Add all the dry ingredients.
    Add vanilla, zucchini and nuts.
    Mix well.
    Grease 2 loaf pans.
    Fill each with 1/2 of the mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Remove from pan and cool.
